He stared at her
Over the ocean,
Through the mountains
He could see.
She felt a chill
Along her skin
In her stomach.
She could feel.
They thought of each other
From far away
From deep within
They knew.
He stopped looking
She stopped feeling
They stopped thinking
They were lost.
